Fanny Franker is a woman that operates the Post Office. Her post office allows you to crate items such as Piñatas and produce, and then send the crate to her, which allows you to store items, potentially to transfer to another garden or to reinstate in to the same one after a certain time. She can also send the crate to another gardener. She doesn't appear in Viva Piñata: Pocket Paradise, and the job of handling the Post Office (and thus the selling and packaging of crates) goes to Gretchen Fetchem instead, along with her also selling accessories and pets which is Miss Petula's job in the two console games.
