The Profitamole is a yellow mole piñata.

A harmless ambling bundle of fluff, if you can banish that rampaging Sour side. Profitamoles tend to enjoy Arocknids for dinner, light mine clearance work and being able to actually see their romancing partners. Profitamoles have strange, slit like eyes, that look best when you give it a pair of Bottle's Glasses (from Banjo-Kazooie).

The Profitamole might have the tiniest eyes of any Piñata. Of course, when you spend most of your life underground, there's not much to look at!

Pierce Profitamole.

Pierce Profitamole is one of the major characters of the Viva Piñata TV series. He was a Sour Profitamole that was transformed into a regular Profitamole after eating Toadstools. He originally acted as a voice for Fergy Fudgehog's Rock Candy band, but after turning into a normal Profitamole he forgot how to do the voice lines for the band and Franklin Fizzlybear had to take over.
