The Ponocky is a domestic pinata. You can buy it for 2310 chocolate coins at Miss Petula's Paper Pets shop in the village once you are a level 20 gardener.
Surprisingly surly for a domestic Piñata, the Ponocky must have taken on characteristics of the precocious tykes most likely to get one for a birthday present. Keep it away from other equine Piñata too and it'll fit in fine
