The Wishing Well is a decoration that can be placed in the garden in Viva Piñata: Trouble in Paradise. Chocolate Coins can be donated to the well. The well is unlocked after a player either views the credits from the main menu, or meets the unblock requirements for all species in the game. Afterward, it can be purchased from Costolot's Store.

Ivor Bargain is trapped down in the well, and throws coins and items out if you toss down your chocolate coins to him. If you throw at least 1,000 coins into the well, there is a very good chance that the well will return several coins each worth much more than what you put in. Putting a Lantern O' Loot next to it additionally will greatly increase the value of coins returned by Ivor, further increasing your income. The first time you throw 9,999 coins into the well, Ivor will return the Amber gem, which is needed to create the Choclodocus egg.

Appearance

The Wishing Well is a gray stone circular brick well. A wooden bucket can be seen near the bricks. The well has a green roof cover that appears slightly tarnished and the shade of green alternates between the various panels for the roof. Striped garland covers the bottom of the roof cover drooping from the rim.
